View from Waiheke Harbour - on the island we had our last tandem adventure.

We have just had a fun week of seeing the Fulton Family in the evenings after work and going on a trip to Waitomo with them. Paul and Phil were at university together and were each best men with Rick for each other.

They are now in a camper van cruising around North Island - hopefully basking in lots of sunshine and seeing lots of exciting geothermal and volcanic things!

Paul and Bridget, Rory and Niamh on Kohimarama beach.

Returning from a swim.

It rained so much in Auckland that we decided to go on a day trip to Waitomo. Here we are having a picnic before going in the caves.

Not our picture, as you can't take pictures in the caves, but here is the Cathedral Cave at Waitomo. Pretty impressive limestone stalactites.

At the end of tour you take a boat ride out underneath all the incredible lights of the glow worms - magical!

Us all at the exit of the caves.
